New Castle Road in Butler Township was closed on Saturday due to an accident that involved a vehicle that rolled over.
According to Butler Township Police, 52-year-old Gary Ashcraft, of Butler, was driving westbound and failed to stop at the intersection with North Duffy Road. His pick-up truck collided with a car driven by 23-year-old Tommy Lee Smith, also of Butler. The truck rolled over in the eastbound lane of New Castle Road. This is the sort of situation where lawyers may be of use, lawyers like an Odessa TX Personal Injury Lawyer.
Both were treated at the scene. Both vehicles were written off and towed away. There was no dash cam footage picked up from the collision, though if there was we’d have a better idea of who was to blame for the incident. Events such as this one play a big part in why many people like to find dash cams for their car on places like BlackBoxMyCar, and you might want to think about getting one for yourself to protect you while you’re driving.
Unfortunately for Mr Lee Smith, he found himself out of work for 5 months due to injuries leaving him unable to drive. Luckily, he was able to get a payout from a solicitors who specialises in Road Traffic Accidents. We always advise seeking help from a road traffic accident legal firm in cases such as this. Solicitors such as Smith Jones Solicitors (smithjonessolicitors.co.uk/road-traffic-accidents/) can aid you in the process by fighting in your corner.
New Castle Road was closed from Duffy Road to Butler Commons for about 1 hour.
