Part of Interstate 80 near Emlenton was closed for five hours Thursday night after a tractor trailer carrying cows rolled over.
State Police say the accident happened just after 7 p.m. There were numerous cows loose and moving on the highway. Both I-80 east and west-bound in the area was closed.
The roadway reopened just after midnight.
