Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania says they are keeping security robust after a fatal shooting at an affiliated clinic in Colorado.
Officials told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Monday that they already had a strong security in place and are continuing to work with local law enforcement. They are maintaining normal operations this week.
According to their website, New York-based Planned Parenthood provides health care services at seven locations across the region and reaches people in 12 counties including Butler.
Three people died and nine were hurt in a shooting Friday at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs.
