A committee led by a local lawmaker will meet on Tuesday to consider several bills- including House Bill 1549, which would address a looming tax on Pennsylvania breweries.
In his role as Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, state Senator Scott Hutchinson will hold a meeting at 12:30 p.m. in the State Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.
House Bill 262 provides an inheritance tax exemption for a transfer of property to a child age 21 or younger from a natural parent, adoptive parent, or step-parent. House Bill 1232 amends the Fiscal Code to update the Enhanced Revenue Collection Account.
