A Grove City man accused of robbing a local woman at gunpoint and then locking her in her vehicle will spend the next several years in prison.
Taquan Maxwell, 22, was sentenced Tuesday to serve 3 ½ to 10 years.
Authorities allege the Cranberry Township victim was cleaning her SUV outside her Dutilh Road apartment in June when Maxwell approached her with a gun.
He allegedly demanded cash and credit cards and the woman complied, but then he shoved her inside the hatch of her SUV before taking off in his own vehicle.
