The Mars School Board has rejected all bids received so far for the former Middlesex Elementary School.
The school board voted Tuesday to not accept the one bid that they had received for $75,000.
The board did approve releasing the two appraisal reports that the district paid to have done on the property. The first by David King valued the school at $500,000. The second was done by Jim Keffalas and had a figure of $600,000.
The board will consider the highest and best offers for the property at or above the lower appraisal of $500,000. Interested buyers can submit their proposal to Mars Superintendent Dr. Wesley Shipley.
