Four people were believed to be injured in a weekend crash in Slippery Rock.
The two-vehicle accident happened on Saturday afternoon (about 3 p.m.) on Route 173 (Grove City Road) in Slippery Rock Township.
According to State Police, 51-year-old Risa Eiger of Grove City was traveling north in a Chevy Impala and behind a vehicle that was attempting to make a left-hand turn into the Madison Grove Apartments.
Police say Eiger attempted to “pass the vehicle in front of her on the left.”
The two vehicles collided- and Eiger’s vehicle ended up hitting a tree stump and rolling over.
Eiger and her passenger- 28-year-old Arielle Eiger of Grove City- were hurt.
The two people in the front car- 41-year-old Noviko Michaud and 29-year-old Lindsay Grills (both of Slippery Rock) were also hurt.
All four were taken to Grove City Medical Center by ambulance.
