The WPIAL football playoff pairings have been released. Woodland Hills is the top seed in Quad-A. They open against Hempfield Friday. Seneca Valley is the 10th seed and will travel to #7 McKeesport Friday at 7:30pm.
Also from the Northern 8 Conference: #4 North Allgheny will host #13 Norwin. #3 Pine-Richland will host #14 seed Penn Hills. #15 North Hills will travel to #2 Penn Trafford. Central Catholic is the #5 seed and will host #12 Upper St. Clair.
In Triple-A: Central Valley is top seed and will host Laurel Highlands. Mars is the #4 seed and will host #13 New Castle Friday at 7:30pm. #9 Hampton will travel to #8 Montour. #11 Armstrong will travel to meet #6 Thomas Jefferson.
In Double-A: South Fayette is top seed. Freeport is the #6 seed and will host #11 McGuffey Friday at 7:30pm.
