WPIAL High School playoffs:
Girls Soccer: Seneca Valley defeated Peters Township 4-0 in the Triple-A quarterfinals last night. The Lady Raiders improved to 16-3 overall, and will meet top-seeded and undefeated Norwin Monday in the semi-finals.
The Mars girls defeated Waynesburg 4-0 in the Double-A quarterfinals. Mars will now meet Central Valley Monday in the semi-finals.
The girls Volleyball playoffs opened last night. Seneca Valley defeated Moon 3-0. They will meet Norwin in the quarterfinals. Freeport is the top seed in Double-A and host South Park tonight at 7:30pm.
