A 29-year-old man was found dead in a Butler Township hotel room from a suspected heroin overdose.
Authorities say John Kolakowski was found Monday afternoon inside a Butler Days Inn hotel room. Empty stamp bags of suspected heroin were also found in the room. Foul play is not suspected.
Kolakowski had no permanent address but he did attend Butler High School.
