Ground will be broken Monday for the next two phases of the Centre City Project in downtown Butler.
The project, which has been in the works for nothing short of a decade, encompasses three developments: a new Rite Aid store, a Marriot Springhill Suites and a 230-space parking garage. The Rite Aid is already open…construction of the latter two will get underway today at 10 a.m.
The hotel and garage will sit adjacent to each other near the corner of East Jefferson and South McKean streets.
