State police in Mercer are searching for an escapee from a correctional center. Police say Michael Samball of Hermitage, PA was allowed to be living in a transitional residence in Hermitage, PA. He was ordered back to the Sharon Community Corrections Center due to an administrative issue and failed to do so.
