Four people were hurt in a crash late Sunday night on Route 8 in southern Butler County.
Investigators told our news partners at WPXI-TV that a pickup truck was traveling south on Route 8 in Middlesex Township about 10 p.m. when it veered into the northbound lane, colliding head-on with a car.
The crash happened on Route 8 near Kilgallen Road (just north of Brownsdale Road).
One of the four people involved in the crash was ejected and flown to a Pittsburgh hospital by medical helicopter. One dog was also reportedly killed.
Middlesex Township Police are handling the investigation.
