Two vehicles overturned Tuesday likely due to the wet roads.
The first crash happened at 5 p.m. on Delwood Road, according to Butler Township Police. 25-year-old Jessica Clark of Butler was traveling eastbound when she lost control of her Chevy Cavalier, struck a guide rail and then an embankment…which caused her vehicle to roll onto its roof. Firefighters had to temporarily close Delwood Road until they could remove the car. Clark had some minor injuries.
Then at 6 p.m., 49-year-old Cynthia Guy of New Castle was operating a box truck westbound on Route 422 at the North Duffy overpass when she lost control. She struck an embankment causing the truck to flip. She was not hurt.
