Two Butler County man were arrested early Friday after police say they ransacked several vehicles in Butler Township.
Brent Kennard, 26, of West Sunbury, and Brandon Smith, 27, of Lyndora, targeted cars on Randy Drive and Dutchtown Road.
They face both theft and loitering charges.
