Two aides at Lifesteps in Butler are accused of abusing a care-dependent person.
Investigators say the victim was being cared for at the Lifesteps facility on Headland Road in Butler when he or she was shoved or thrown down by aides. The alleged abuse occurred between August and October, 2018.
State police identified the suspects as 56-year-old Barbara Ion of Kittanning and 25-year-old Angel Stiteler of Cabot. There could be a third suspect in the case.
Police are continuing their investigation.
