Two people were hurt in a one-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon on Interstate 79 in Slippery Rock Township.
The accident happened about 12:30 p.m. on I-79 northbound near mile marker 104.
State Police say when they got on scene, they noticed the 53-year-old male driver from Mercer County seemed impaired. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Charges are pending blood test results.
The man and his passenger- a 50-year-old female from Mercer County- were both taken by ambulance to Gove City Hospital for treatment of what was described as minor injuries.
No one else was hurt.
