There have already been two major falls at McConnells Mill State Park so far this season.
Both incidents happened last week.
Last Monday, May 21, an Allegheny County woman was seriously injured when she fell about 30 feet from the top of the Kildoo Falls waterfall.
On Friday, May 25, a woman from New York was hiking near Breakneck Falls when she fell 100 feet.
In both cases, park officials say the women had left the marked trails. Hikers are urged to stay on the designated paths to avoid serious danger.
McConnells Mill State Park is located across the Butler County border in Lawrence County and is a popular spot for local hikers and sightseers.
