18 counties across Pennsylvania are moving to the green phase of the Governor’s reopening plan today.
Locally, Lawrence, Venango, and Clarion Counties are among those now in the green phase.
Meanwhile, the Butler County Commissioners are hoping the county will soon make the move to green—and they are holding a press conference at 11:30 this morning to announce a reopening plan that will be sent to the Governor’s office.
