A local woman is recovering after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday in Butler Township.
According to Butler Township Police, 18-year-old Jenna Hildebrand of Sarver had pulled into the Sheetz on Center Avenue just before noon.
Her passenger, 20-year-old Courtney Clark of Butler, got out of the vehicle and stood next to the gas pump when Hildebrand decided to re-position the vehicle. Clark was struck in the leg by the vehicle and needed to be taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Witnesses told police that Hildebrand was not speeding and no charges are anticipated to be filed at this time.
