A man is accused of operating a meth lab in the garage of an Ellwood City home.
Robert Lardo Jr. of Johnston Street was arrested Wednesday following a tip to police.
This isn’t Lardo’s first run in with the law. He was arrested three years ago after he was allegedly running a meth lab inside a mobile home in Beaver County. He was arrested, served jail time and was released.
