Three individuals are in the Allegheny County Jail after the State Police pulled them over Friday afternoon.
The Kittanning State Police say that just after 4pm on Friday, a car driven by a 22-year-old female was traveling on Route 28 in O’hara Township when they pulled her over.
During the traffic stop, police noticed that the driver was showing signs of impairment. After further investigation, authorities found 290 bags of heroin, a small amount of marijuana, and various drug paraphernalia in the car.
Officials say that the driver and her two passengers were later arraigned, and await additional hearings.
