The Pitt men’s basketball team has received its third graduate student transfer of the off-season. 6′ 9″ Alonzo Nelson-Ododa has announced he will transfer from Richmond to the Panthers. Nelson-Ododa started 69 games in Richmond, and is second all-time on the Spiders list for career blocks. He aveaged just under seven points and five rebounds per game last season.
Pitt has already announced Coppin State graduate transfer Sterling Smith, a guard, and forward/center Rafael Maia from Brown will be joining the team this fall.
